Jan ist ein Studio/Live/Tourdrummer und Drummer für Videoproduktionen, u.a. hatte er bereits verschiedene Features im TV/Radio (MTV, VIVA, ARD, SAT1, RBB ZIBB, ZDF Fernsehgarten, Radio Fritz, STAR FM, Rock Antenne, Radio Bob / Platzierungen in den Radio Airplay Charts, STAR FM ROCK TOP 30 Charts, Platz 30 für "LUMIDOR" (Kensington Road) in den offiziellen deutschen Album Charts Top100).
Er ist bzw. war aktiv in Bands unterschiedlichster Stilrichtungen von Jazz bis Deathmetal, spielte Supportshows und -touren sowie Touren durch ganz Europa, große Festivals wie das TAUBERTAL FESTIVAL, WITH FULL FORCE, BOCHUM TOTAL etc.
